Approval

Submitting a wholesale application does not guarantee approval. Maison Aroma may approve, decline, pause, or remove wholesale access at its discretion.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may vary by product, availability, order volume, and sourcing cost.

Dropshipping fulfilment

Approved partners may access neutral direct-to-customer fulfilment. The reseller remains responsible for communicating delivery timelines accurately to their customer.

Sourced-to-order timelines

Wholesale and dropshipping orders follow the same availability rules as retail orders. Sourced-to-order fragrances are delivered in approximately 3 weeks unless otherwise confirmed.

Brand conduct

Maison Aroma may decline orders from partners who misrepresent authenticity, product availability, delivery timelines, pricing, or the Maison Aroma brand.
